01What is in the package from €6,900?+
For a one-bedroom apartment: furniture, TV and TV unit, bed and bedding, two bedside tables, lighting (supply only), artwork, plants, decoration, kitchen inventory, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, towels, bathroom essentials, hairdryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron and first-aid kit. From €6,900 excluding VAT (IVA) and all assembly and installation, including delivery and styling. See the full checklist on this page.
02What is excluded?+
All assembly and installation, curtains, wardrobe, terrace furniture, outdoor lighting, major kitchen appliances and washing machine are excluded. All other unchecked items in the checklist are excluded too. The listed small appliances are included. Quantities, models and any additions are specified in the quotation.
03Does the package guarantee a rental licence?+
No. A first-aid kit is included, but items such as smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are excluded. Applicable requirements must be checked separately for each property. A furniture package is not a licence and does not guarantee approval; other property and rental conditions also need checking.
04How long does a complete interior take?+
Allow approximately two months, depending on your requirements, the specification and lead times. We confirm the schedule with your proposal.
