This apartment in La Torre, Los Arqueros, Benahavís was prepared for sale in one day. Existing furniture was combined with carefully selected rental pieces to create a warmer, more coherent and photo-ready interior.

What changed
New covers transformed the chairs and headboards. Art, paintings, plants, cushions, throws and decorative accessories brought the rooms together and gave every photograph a stronger sense of atmosphere.

01What is included from €750?+
From €750 excluding VAT (IVA) for a one-bedroom apartment: styling, professional photography and three months of decoration rental, such as artwork, cushions and plants. Transport is included. We work with existing furniture.
02What is excluded from the staging package?+
Furniture, beds, curtains and rugs are not included. These can be quoted separately, as can small repairs and painting. The included three-month rental covers decoration only, such as artwork, cushions and plants.
03Can you arrange the complete property presentation?+
Yes. We provide the photographer and can arrange a floor plan, drone imagery and an extended property presentation where needed. These additional services are discussed separately. Staging supports presentation; it does not guarantee a sale price or sale date.
04How soon can you stage the property?+
Simple staging can usually be completed within two weeks. Timing depends on your requirements and the work involved; we confirm it with the proposal.
